After the conversation, you will receive an invoice. Payment can be made conveniently by bank transfer or PayPal.

We’ll discuss your wishes, interests, and preferences via Zoom or phone—whether you need additional services or are planning a special trip. Your answers will serve as the foundation for your personalized travel plan.

After the conversation, I will send you a summary by email as well as the invoice. This represents our contract.
💳 6. Confirmation & Payment
You confirm the summary/order via email and complete the payment for the travel planning service.
📅 7. Your individual travel plan as PDF
As soon as I receive your payment, I will start planning. You will receive your tailor-made travel plan as a PDF file (depending on the scope) within 2-5 working days.
